Speaking in an interview with Chinese media CGTN, Amirabdollahian said that he had discussed the start of implementing Iran-China cooperation agreement as well as regional and international issues.
He said that they had reviewed Vienna Talks as well.
He noted that whatever is in line with the two countries’ mutual interest has been included in the contract.
He referred to the Chinese representative as an active party in the negotiations going on in Vienna, saying that the delegation has played a constructive and supportive role toward Iran’ peaceful nuclear rights and has underlined removing cruel sanctions against Iran.
The foreign ministers of Iran and China agreed to step up cooperation in energy, infrastructure, production capacity, science and technology, and medical and health care, CGTN reported.
Bilateral cooperation will also be expanded to agriculture, fisheries, cybersecurity and the third party market, as well as people-to-people and cultural exchanges in education, film and personnel training, it added.
